Refund Policy

All products on this store are digital software (expert advisors, signal tools and desktop apps) delivered by download. Because a digital file cannot be returned, all sales are final once the download has been accessed or a license key has been issued.

When we do refund

If the software cannot be installed or activated on a supported platform and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund. Duplicate purchases are refunded in full.

What is not covered

Trading results, drawdown or losses are not grounds for a refund. Every product page describes the strategy logic and risk controls; grid and martingale systems can lose the entire account. Test on a demo account first — Chento Gridder V2 offers a free backtest pack and 7-day demo trial for this reason.

How to request
