When we do refund
If the software cannot be installed or activated on a supported platform and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund. Duplicate purchases are refunded in full.
What is not covered
Trading results, drawdown or losses are not grounds for a refund. Every product page describes the strategy logic and risk controls; grid and martingale systems can lose the entire account.
