At its core, the bot reads market structure the way institutional traders do: swing highs and lows, Break of Structure (trend continuation), Change of Character (trend reversal), Order Blocks (the last opposing candle before a strong move), Fair Value Gaps (unfilled 3-candle imbalances), liquidity sweeps (stop-hunt reversals), and premium/discount positioning within the current trading range. On top of that structural read, it layers EMA trend (50/200), RSI, MACD, and volume confirmation, and checks the higher 1-hour timeframe bias before committing to a trade — so a setup has to agree across both structure and classic indicators before it fires.

The bot offers two trading styles. Swing mode trades a slower, larger-timeframe setup with fewer, higher-quality entries. Scalping mode (the current default) trades fast 1-minute candles with a 2:1 reward-to-risk target, designed for frequent, high-turnover trades — the app is upfront that fast scalping pays more in fees and slippage, so it's positioned as an aggressive, optional mode rather than the "safe default."

Risk is controlled at multiple levels: position size is set as a percentage of account equity by risk level (Low/Medium/High), a daily loss limit automatically halts trading for the day if losses reach a set percentage, and a profit-step trailing stop locks in gains in stages as a trade moves favorably (moving to break-even first, then ratcheting up). The bot also supports optional DCA — averaging into a losing position a limited number of times — with a hard cap so this doesn't spiral, and automatically closes every open position a few minutes before the US market closes so nothing is held overnight.

For advanced users, a custom strategy builder lets the trader pick their own combination of indicators (EMA, RSI, MACD, Bollinger Bands, Support/Resistance, Fair Value Gap) and how many must agree before a trade fires — turning the bot into a fully personalized, vote-based system instead of the built-in default logic.
