Which account type do I need?

An MT5 hedging account (most brokers). Works on standard and cent accounts. Grid systems can lose the whole account — size 0.01 lot per $1,000 or use a cent account.

How does the license work?

One key per purchase, bound to your MT5 account number. Enter your login on the order page and the key appears instantly.

How do I receive the product?

Right after your payment is verified (usually within a few hours, often minutes) your download appears under My Account → Downloads and you receive an email.

Is there a refund?

Digital software cannot be returned, but if it cannot be installed or activated on a supported platform and we cannot fix it within 7 days, you get a full refund. See the Refund Policy.
