US stocks are the most liquid market on earth and, thanks to API-first brokers like Alpaca, no longer out of reach from Pakistan. Chento Stock King is a portable Windows app that connects to Alpaca, watches the stocks you choose and trades a Smart Money Concepts strategy — starting on a paper account so you risk nothing while you learn.
Step 1 — Alpaca account
Alpaca (alpaca.markets) offers commission-free US stock trading with a free paper trading account that mirrors live prices. Sign up, complete verification, and in the dashboard generate an API key and secret for paper trading. Live accounts for non-US residents require additional KYC — start with paper regardless.
Step 2 — Stock King setup
- Download the zip from your order page, unzip, double-click
StockKing.exe. Nothing to install, no Python. - Paste your Alpaca key and secret. Mode defaults to PAPER.
- Search a ticker (AAPL, TSLA, NVDA…), set position size and risk, press Start.
- Watch the log: the app prints structure breaks, order blocks it is waiting on and every order it sends.
What the strategy does
Stock King reads intraday market structure: it marks break of structure and change of character, identifies order blocks and fair value gaps, and enters when price returns to an unmitigated zone in the direction of the higher-timeframe bias, with a stop beyond the zone and a take-profit at the next liquidity level. It trades only during US market hours (19:30–02:00 PKT in summer).
Why paper first
US stocks gap overnight, halt on news and move violently in the first 15 minutes. Two weeks on paper teaches you the app’s rhythm and the strategy’s behaviour on your chosen tickers at zero cost. When you switch to REAL the app asks for explicit confirmation.
Practical notes for Pakistan
- Sessions are late evening PKT — a VPS or a PC that stays on until 02:00 is needed.
- Funding a live Alpaca account from Pakistan typically goes through a USD wire or a supported wallet; check Alpaca’s current list.
- Start with 1–2 liquid large caps; avoid penny stocks and earnings days.
