Most traders in Pakistan start with $50–$300. On a standard account that is not enough margin for any grid or martingale system to survive a normal gold pullback. On a cent account the same $100 becomes 10,000 cents of balance, and a 0.01 “lot” is really 0.0001 standard lots — suddenly a grid has room to breathe. This is why our published Chento Gridder V2 report was run on an Exness cent account with a $100 deposit.
Cent account lot math in one table
- Standard account, 0.01 lot gold: ~$1 per $1 move in gold price per 0.01 lot… in practice a 10-level basket can float several hundred dollars against you.
- Cent account, 0.01 lot: the same move floats a few dollars. A $100 deposit behaves like a $10,000 standard account in terms of grid survivability.
- Rule of thumb we ship with the EA: 0.01 base lot per $100 on cent, per $1,000 on standard.
Which EA fits which balance
- $50–$300 cent: Gridder V2 with the default
chento v2 test.set, NEWS + SPIKE + DD STOP modules on. That is exactly the configuration behind the +97% / 27-day report. - $300–$1,000 standard: Chento King — no averaging, fixed risk per trade, so a standard account is fine.
- $1,000+ standard: Gridder V2 at 0.01 per $1,000, or Gold Crush / RTX Chippercore V2 for traders who understand martingale sizing.
Exness settings that matter
- Open a Standard Cent account (MT5, hedging). Netting accounts break basket logic.
- Symbol will be
XAUUSDc— attach the EA to that chart, M5. The EA reads the chart symbol, so the “c” suffix is fine. - Leverage 1:500 or higher. Grids need free margin, not tiny leverage.
- Deposit in USD via Easypaisa/JazzCash through Exness’s local payment options; withdraw profit weekly.
The three mistakes that empty small accounts
Lot too big for the balance. 0.05 base lot on $100 cent is 5× our rule. The first NFP day ends the account. News filter off. Turn NEWS on and add manual pauses for Monday open. No drawdown stop. Set DD STOP at 15% for a small account — surviving to next week matters more than squeezing one more basket.
